as member of the international editorial board of the russian journal of surgical oncology - oncosurgery - last month there was a first start up connection & network between russian, austrian & kasachian scientists & scientific publisher. The international editors should organize mentors for young scientists in the named countries for publishing in english & russian language to offer their results to a greater community.
